Urban Parlor on Capitol gives you Heart of downtown city feels, while wrapping you in casual elegance and elevated minimalism. I’ve owned a few versions of this little labor of love, and have to say this one is a favorite. I couldn’t have done it without the consistent support of my amazing husband, family & friends.

After working in the industry for a few decades, I’ve nestled myself into a specific niche of offering beachy, tonal, lived-in blondes & dimensional brunettes. Curating elevated and customized looks for my guests are my north star.

As for my lash extension guests, I’m able to tailor each client’s outcome with premium product and industry knowledge of the lash curl shape and sizing to give you an elevated result to your natural lashes. I only offer classic lashes, no volume or hybrid at this time.

27 years young, acquired my degree in business administration after high school, but always felt my core being pulled closer to hair artistry, so I made it my focus. I LOVE what I do, and the creative outlet it gives me. Your hair is my canvas!

I have found my niche with modern blonding, lived-in color, and textured cuts. I strive to make everyone feel confident and oh-so-beautiful when they leave my chair. I made a vow to myself when I became a hairdresser - to make sure everyone who sits in my chair feels heard. Communication and trust are so important, we all just want our hair to look good!

When I'm not in the salon slaying your hair, you can find me out in the mountains with my dog, hiking, exploring, and submersing myself in the beautiful PNW nature-scape.

Hi Hi! I’m Kylee! After spending the last five years as a hairstylist in Portland, OR, I’ve decided to make my way back to my hometown of Olympia, WA. I specialize in luxury lived-in blonding, balayage, dimensional brunettes, coppers, and reds. Haircutting is also my jam, especially when it comes to modern bobs and layered cuts. I have wanted to be a hairstylist ever since I was a little girl, so I truly get to live out my dream of doing hair and making people feel beautiful. 

Outside of the salon you’ll find me at the barn riding my horse, being a dog and cat mom to 2 frenchies and 2 Siamese kitties (obviously an animal lover), trying new coffee shops, restaurants and traveling!
